Sup guys, Well I was reading around about social anxiety and depression and weed and all that shit, and I came across Granny's links about Omega-3 and the numerous testimonies from members on here. So I decided to get with the program and start taking it myself. I just got a few quick questions though. One, will Omega-3 help do away with my social anxiety sober and high? Will I feel more motivated to do things? And lastly what is the best way to take it? I was going to get the Omega-3 Pills but I'm waiting until I find out the best way to take it. Thanks guys.
She is definitely the most knowledgeable on this subject, but I was hoping to get some testimonies from other members as well.
I don't know how to answer your social anxiety questions and such. All I know is I take two fish oil pills a day to get my omega-3
I take it to lower my Tolerance to weed, and I can definitely tell a difference in that. Other than that, it's good for health overall so I'm gonna keep taking them.
I abused drugs. Quit in August of last year, have been taking Omega 3 for 3 months and I feel so much better than before. I'm not drowsy all the time and I feel my brain functioning better. I can remember shit again and I'm gaining my desire to learn again.
I take 1000mg tablet of omega-3 every morning and I seem to feel more awake throughout the day. It may be a placebo but I wake up still high from the night before sometimes and the tablet seems to help.
Omega-3 will take a while of regular dosing to have noticeable effects. A lot of the benefits haven't been studied at length, but many of them are proven and it's no doubt a healthy supplement. Getting omega-3 from real food sources like fish will be much more beneficial than the pill, but eating that much fish isn't practical for most people.
