Questions about Hash

    I might be picking up some hash tomorrow, and I have no experience with it. My only methods of smoking are rolling, and using my glass pipe.

    Questions:

    1. Do you have to mix hash with tobacco/weed (I don't smoke tobacco, and will be dry if I only buy a gram of hash) Could I just smoke it out of my pipe as i would regularly? What about joints?

    2. How long does a gram of hash last compared to a gram of weed?

    3. How can I tell the potency of it? (colour, smell??)

    4. Share your experiences with Hash?

    1. No, you don't have to mix. Yes, you can smoke it in a pipe but it doesn't stay lit well, especially if it's sticky, and you waste a lot of smoke. Look up search for knife hit here or on youtube. What I used to do was stick a pin through a paper plate, put a ball of hash on the pin, light it, then cover it with a glass. The glass fills with smoke and you use a straw or pen shaft to suck the smoke out.

    2. That depends on how you smoke it, what quality of weed you're comparing it too, etc.

    3. Generally the darker the better.

    4. I love hash, especially the taste. Haven't had any for ages, but used to come by it here and there when I was a kid.
