when just starting seeds out,should I leave the light on all day with no darkness or should it be 20/4... also they are in white styrofone cups, when should I replant?
You can have them on either, my personal input to you would to have them on an 18/6. You want to repot as soon as the seedlings have sprouted their first proper leaves (not the breaker leaves), leave them for aslong as it takes for them leaves to become well established, by that time the roots should be well on their way in search of water.
