I've been trying to get my hands on a medical card but the only thing stopping me, is receiving my medical records. I have so many doctors from Endochronologist, urologist, neurologist, etc. I was wondering if there is a way where I can call a primary source to receive all of them at once, instead of asking and waiting for them to email or fax separately at their own time? How did you do it, and what are some good tips that I should know to make this process as easy as possible. I'm 18 and I don't have any guidance to this type of stuff. not sure where you live, but you should be able to sign a release form and the weed doc should be able to obtain it. I know all my GF's records are all connected...her primary doc has access to her pain doc records etc. Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
