Question(s) on shipping/arrival time

    I\'m about to order a bunch of nice things from the GC store, but I have a few questions.

    1. Where are items being shipped from?
    2. What is the usual arrival time to something being shipped to the states, more specific, Michigan
    3. Shipping prices?

    I\'m thinking of the Futurola joint roller (sprainned my wrist, very difficult to roll a decent joint), the travel tin, a nice new acrylic bong and of course a nice bowl :)
