Question Regarding Negative Rep

    I just realized that I no longer have the ability to neg rep someone, why was this removed?

    Not that I used it often, i cant remember using it once actually, but I do think that there should be something opposite the positive reputation function.

    Those who spew hateful or derogatory comments should be able to be reprimanded and reminded that thats not what GC is about, with some other means than a formal punishment or post/thread deletion.

    This shouldn't be taken to be a complaint or rant, but as an inquiry.

    This has been asked and answered many many times - please do a search for "Negative Feedback" in this forum and you'll find the answer.

    its been gone for a while man :p

    it was being abused so they removed it

    Those who spew hateful or derogatory comments should be reported and will be dealt with via a warning, infraction, ban, or what have you. :p


    As the other folks said, yes -rep was removed. There are many threads about it in this forum if you use the search. ;)
