Question regarding federal law.

Discussion in 'General' started by underahoneymoon, Oct 31, 2012.

  1. There is a dispensary online claiming that they can now legally distribute marijuana to ALL states whether or not that state has been decriminalized. Is this possible? I have never heard of this anywhere before but I haven't been on top of what been going on lately...but I would think that if it were true I would see it being discussed which is why is seems like bs to me.
    Here is what they posted:

To our loyal United States patients:
Clone Queen is Federally approved to operate NATIONWIDE. We are 100% Legally allowed to offer Cannabis Plants to 420 Friends of all 50 states.

Is that a true statement? Can a not for profit or non profit collective offer marijuana to all 50 states?

    Thanks for the help!

  2. That's the first I've even heard of it. I can't see it being true based on the fact it would be pretty popular. Maybe some one else has more info though. It would be nice to find out what it's all about
