Hello all, I have two plants in my closet grow right now. Some bigbud genetics from seedbanksupreme. anyhow my plan was to let them get to 3 feet tall each and then flip them to flower but here recently the growth seemed to have stopped when I transplanted them into 5 gallon buckets designed like aeropots. I was measuring growth everyday and when transplanted to 2 weeks later they have only grown an inch. They aren't hitting even two feet yet one is at 17 inches and the other at 15 inches. I don't have any pictures to load currently but I can give you as many details as I can think of. One factor may have been when I transplanted I forgot to turn fan back on in closet for a week or so when I noticed the plants were really droopy and weak branches. I am assuming it got too hot with no circulation. Anyhow since I turned fan back on everything has puckered back up but still I figure the growth should be more frequent. I have heard of 2 inches a day at this late of veg growth but I am not even seeing an inch and its been two weeks since transplant. One other factor I want to include is that they were transplanted from a coco coir medium into the bigger pot medium which was compost and some organic soil medium that doesn't have any of the perlite stuff in it. I assume it is okay since the root ball is totally in coco coir. I understand that when you transplant they sometimes go through a transplant shock but it's been two weeks now. Maybe the heat shocked them more not sure but they are all looking healthy and happy just not growing as fast as I thought. My question is am I getting impatient or how many inches of growth happen at this late vegetative stage?
Sorry this phone stupid. But yeah combination of both I assume. They are fine now I just want to wait a while still before flip. Trying to let the root branch get to almost 3/4" diameter or so. Hopefully a 5 gallon pot per plant will let it get that big.
