So I'm taking a tolerance/keeping my friend out of trouble/saving my money for a huge party when my friends get off probation break. I want to test out the effects niacin has on withdraw symptoms (mostly insomnia). i bought CVS 500mg capsules. I just realized now that it's a "flush free" formula, making me think it's time release. However, it doesn't say on here anywhere that it is time release. My question is since it's just for testing purposes and not an emergency (i.e. piss test in 48 hours), is the flush free variety ok to use?
