You should be fine, but always have a substitute ready if you want to keep smoking, and pick up a self test at a local pharmacy and test yourself before you go for the real thing, substitute if necessary.

Update you should be fine if you are a somewhat active person.

  5. First, to the OP you should definitely abstain until the test, but you should'nt have any problems. Be sure to use a home drug test the day before or whatever in order to make sure.

Now then, I have a question around the same subject and what not.

So I have a test tomorrow, and there's a 20% chance I'd pass with dilution and all that good stuff, so I'm resorting to substitutions.

I'm going the tried and true method of travel size sanitizer bottle lodged in crotch area for maximum heat. When I take a reading of it, the temperature is about 97.7 degrees.

However, what worries me is the possibility that once it transfers from bottle to test cup, would it lose temperature due to the transfer?

I've transferred it from the container to a ceramic cup and read the temperature to be around 93 degrees. This worries me, but it may be because the cup is cold to begin with.

I've read testimonies that say that some labs make you re-test if it's two degrees off, while others say the range is 90-100 degrees.

By the way, I'm testing with LabCorp if that helps. Any experience or advice?
