The bowl holds 0.05 - 0.1. One bowl of nice herb will have you toking for a good 6 - 8 minutes and get a person quite nicely toasted.
Centizen pretty much covered it, a bowl is .08 - .12 depending on the bud, and that bowl will last myself 8-14 mins depending on quality of bud, how dry the bud is, etc. 1 gram should get you 9-10 bowls, and I usually do 2 bowls to get a GOOD buzz.
