Question; what's the temp a 1000w HPS puts out on the end of a air cooled system. After it runs through the fan and out the duc. Main reason is because I want my system to blow back into the room but just concerned that it will get to hot or do you think with my home AC on that will be enough to cool the air to be returned back into the tent... Also how hot does the top of the 1000w air cooled reflector get reason being is as the plant get taller my hood moves up closer to the top of my tent. I would hate to melt my tent.
It's all subjective. You're not going to find a definitive answer. If you have central air, and you're venting into a larger room outside the tent, it should be alright. Depending on room size and such. Why not just try it, and if it doesn't work devise another plan?
