  1. this question is in regards to when someone says my plant is in 1week or 2 week veg, etc...

so my question is this. if i just planted a seed directly into the soil and it took a week to break through and sprout. would i be able to say its in "1 week veg?"

or does the "veg" process start after it finally sprouts. so in theory it would take a week to sprout , then a second week to call it 1 week in veg?

  2. That's not the veg stage. For the first 2-3 weeks of the plant's life it is a seedling, and that's after it crowns the top of the soil. After that, it is considered in veg state.

  3. Yeah once it sprouts its a seedling, after a few weeks its in veg.

  4. aha, thanks alot
