Question About Vertigo After Smoking?

    Hey everyone, I've been smoking for a few years now but recently I've been experiencing random bouts of vertigo while being high. It seems to happen whenever I'm watching tv or a youtube vid, etc and it only lasts for like 15 seconds. Is this anything I should be worried about? It's never happened up until a couple months ago. It scared the shit out of me the first time it happened lol. I felt like I was falling backwards when I was just sitting up on my bed.

    Happens to me sometimes.  Generally if I stay hydrated it goes away.
