Question about switching from flower to veg

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Indoors' started by cluelessly, Nov 1, 2012.

  1. 6 days into flowering, we just discovered one of our two plants is a male. The other (which has the pistils with no sacs) can actually stand to veg a little more but we transitioned it into flowering alongside the other due to space constraints.

Our setup is a 600w interchangeable lighting system (halide and hps). using FloraDuo
The question I have is what is the proper way to put it back into vegitative cause it can be pruned a little better and stand to thicken out before we go any further.

Do we go back to the transitional feeding blend and then go back to the grow blend, or do we just go straight from bloom blend to grow?

Also does this effect the quality at all?

This is our first endeavor and it's been a learning experience to say the least.

  2. You def do have a male there, but I recommend against switching back to veg. It can be done, just switch light cycle, and continue with veg nutes, but you could stress her to hermie. Not a guarantee. Like you already said just take it as a learning experience, and continue with the grow. Good luck with whichever rout you take.
