Question about Spider Farmer SE3000?

    Hello all. Just a quick one. My SE3000 from Spider Farmer has arrows showing where the bars should go. The two center ones closer to the outside ones. I’ve seen pictures on Amazon and places showing them evenly spaced. I contacted Spider Farmer and below is their reply. What would you do? Should I go back and move them from where indicated? Thanks!

    The SE3000 light strips are supposed to be evenly spaced to get a better effect.

    Are you talking about the half inch difference on each side? It doesn't affect anything. If you'd like better customer support, order from a reputable company.

    You will get more even coverage with the lights not evenly spaced in the middle but pushed slight toward the outside. The middle is always super bright and the edges dim on any light, pushing bars toward the outside helps a bunch.
    Spider Farmer makes decent lights, I use one. But they are a homegrow company at best, meaning their support is minimal and usually wrong. We wanted to buy 7 SE1000 for our commercial grow, and trying to do that from them proved unworkable. When asked about a controller, they said we could just daisy chain the lights and use the dimmer... yeah... so someone is going to have the job of turning the lights on and off at precise times? I gave them a crappy review on Amazon. They contacted me and offered a free heating mat to take it down. I didn't even respond.
    Decent lights, joke of a company.
