i received a speeding ticket last month, this is my 2nd ticket ever. i got it on 3/15. i lost the ticket so i couldn't send it back to the court to tell them i wanted a mitigration hearing. i forgot about sending it in after that. it's been over 30 days since i got it, it said i had 15 to send it back. am i going to get fucked?
fucked?...... i doubt they will "fuck" you lol if you went over the 15 days you will be automatically guilty and held accountable for the fine, if not paid within 30 days of the fine issued you will be charged extra and possibly sent to collections if not paid quick. hope i helped later
