So my question is nug is seedless marijuana, say i were to start growing with some seeds i got from a bag of scwhag i eliminate the males and grow just the females when its ready to harvest would it technicly be nug or just like midi or still shwag just seedless. i was always curious so if you know id appreciate it and thanks again.
In my experience growing bagseed, it will definitely turn out a good bit better but you aren't going to make one hitter quitter out of commercial grade stuff. And yes it will look/taste/smoke much better when it's not full of seed and all compressed.
lol, I've posted my thoughts on this quite a bit, but basically schwagg isn't bad because of it's genetics, but rather because it was grown, harvested, dried, and cured improperly, not to mention it is basically stepped on, crushed, and packaged so badly that the quality goes way down. Look around the GC growing forums and you'll pick up on alot of "bagseed" grows. Basically mexican bagseed can actually grow some decent stuff. Not bombass one hit shit, mind you, THAT requires decent genetics, but if you want some okay weed, just grow some bagseed out and you'll definately get something better than schwagg. You can take some seeds from schwagg and grow the dankiest dank you've ever smoked. The schwagg is only schwagg because it wasn't taken care of properly.
this is just my .02 worth, but just like every car is nice when new, all pot had to be fresh and green at one point. it maybe not the dankest, but it'll be better and tastier before it's bricked and shipped.
this is very true. and bagseed bud can be phenominally better than the bud you got the seed from. mexican plants don't have bad genetics, and in all actuality, they have alot of afghani, kush, thai and many other high quality strains from around the world that were imported there years and years ago. mexicans just brick their weed so they can get more past the border at one time, and they don't take very good care of them throughout their lives and at harvest, they also don't usually harvest at the correct time, usually waiting for the buds to be fully ripe, so even after harvest, alot of the remaining THC is broken down to cbn or brushed off because of not caring for the buds. most imported bud has been run through a keif tumbler or alot of the trichromes broken off in bricking, then they degrade quickly because the canniboids are crushed into the leaves. any outer surface of the bud will not be high quality, and the inner quality buds will lose quality very quickly when broken out and exposed to air. also mexican bud is usually overdried, so it has been sitting for a long time, and probably dried in the sun, which kill potentcy. basicly, any plant you buy commercially is usually 10-50% of its original potency.
