Is seeds through the mail a very bad idea or nah? Just curious, currently in a state that weed is illegal still (old head state). (Here for 2 more months then back to Cali). Im in a state like urs. I ain't never lost a seed in the mail, and I've ordered for several years now.
Mine come straight to the house the vault seeds has gotten mine here 2 times and mephisto genetics sends from us no stealth just right in bubble wrap but they only have autos. I have paid by cash and cc both went smoothly, theses 2 websites I can verify to a non legal state although I know some other sites make it over. Always pay the extra money to get breeders packages and stealth tracked shipping, also if sending cash get it certified. P.s. There is never a big deal with postal services just a letter from customs and if you ordered tracked and stealth the companies will almost always send another order which then makes it successfully.
I've had several packages of seeds seized by customs. If intercepted your package will be empty except for a letter from customs stating they stole your merchandise, they don't come after you. I once had a guaranteed shipment intercepted and then it's replacement package was intercepted. I told them for the next shipment don't use tracking and it got thru. I can't explain it but that was 5 years ago so things may have changed.
If you buy from overseas you risk going through customs. Paying the extra for stealth and a re ship is a must. If you get the letter no one cares and if someone said they watch you they are imagining that it could happen, it doesn't really happen. Order your seeds and don't give it another thought. Growing fungus in New Mexico is legal until it bears fruit, kind of like you're talking about.
Both of my purchases were cc payments and came without any issue. Both were good experiences, or I'd never reccomend. Good luck.
I know its an older post....but i was looking for some other seed sites that I haven't used yet....just to see what else is out there. I have personally ordered seeds....several times from both, with great results. Mephisto Genetics and marijuana-seeds.nl I have only ever paid with CC and have never had a problem getting seeds from either of them. I use stealth when possible but Mephisto....like someone stated above....comes in its package in bubble wrap.
