My buddy and I always toke in this stairwell to this parking garage.. I once had a run in there with someone from WOLF Security, I've seen em around the area and all but they're not assigned specifically to that area, just if they get called they check around there. Anyways, I'm just wondering would that type of security guard have the right to check us if they walked in and smelled marijuana?
they couldn't detain you, probably couldn't search you, legally. they can very well keep you preocupied long enough to have the local PD be on scene though
That's what I thought.. always wondering my options though cause it's pretty hard to run away from the top of a stairwell in a parking garage. :O Ill spot though.
