Hey, this is in regards to order #049720 This order was only partially shipped, and I have been waiting quite some time for my glass bowl, I have had 2 different support members work on this with me, both Stephan and Sasha. I have yet to recieve my bowl, after waiting quite some time. On January 26th I was told that it would arrive in about a week, however still have not recieved anything. Could someone look into this for me, since I'm wondering when my long awaited bowl will arrive. Thanks Xieon
