Question about nutrients.

  1. I grow in living soil with nutrients. 6-4-4 fertilizer and a micro blend to feed the soil. I tend to water 3 times a day about 2 litres each time. Feed every other day. Soil feeding once every 6-7 days to keep soil alive.

Does this seem like an appropriate amount of nutrients? I dont want to under or over do it.

  2. Are we talking about the plant you posted earlier? There are some missing details that would help us make a judgment.

The most I can say is that it sounds reasonable, but I would aim for a larger amount of water less frequently unless you’re badly rootbound.

Less critical than nutrient concentration is the amount you’re applying, and what sort of formulation it is, but as long as you’re applying a “reasonable” amount, with that concentration, you should be fine. For bloom, you might want to switch to something with a higher phosphorus content, like a 4-6-4, but I think your 6-4-4 will be ok.

  3. It is the same plant. I keep a detailed grow journal. What details would you like?

  4. What would be useful would be things like pot size, soil mix, specific fertilizer used, and amount of fertilizer used at each feeding, because that would help us figure out actual nutrient dose, which is the critical parameter, but thinking about it, I’m not sure it matters that much because I don’t think the nutrient requirements for weed are documented well enough for us to be that precise. I think the best anyone here can do is tell you if it sounds reasonable or not. I was overthinking a bit.
