Question about New Jersey's MMJ laws..

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by d50416, Sep 13, 2009.

  1. first time ive posted in this section, but i go though serious depression along with some other things, and was wondering if NJ allows patients with depression to get a card.

from what ive read - theyre tying to only allow it to be used by people with serious diseases like AIDS, cancer, multiple/lateral sclerosis, and so-on.. any help would be appreciated

  2. right now NJ doesn't support MMJ. if the active bill is passed then you are correct.
