question about mm card

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by gforcemaster, Feb 10, 2009.

  1. I'm sry if I am reposting this... But I can't find the awnser so I decided I would post... I live in a legalized state right now and I'm about to get a card but I might be moving back to a non legalized state I just was wondering would my perscription still be valid if I moved to a non legalized state and if so how would I go about transfering it?

  2. Nope, if you have a recommendation from one state and you move to another, even if it's a MMJ state, you have to get a new card. Your card from one state isn't good in another, and if you move to a non-MMJ state, you're basically SOL.

    Come on, that's common sense.

  3. Just wondering if you had any advice on how to obtain a card in Colorado?

  4. Your recommendation will not be valid in other states :D

  5. You get your card the same way in every state, with the exception of California. You take your medical records to a MMJ doctor and have them look at them. Fill out the necessary forms and pay a bunch of money.

But in California I don't think you always need the medical records because the laws are so linient there.

  6. Can you maybe do a search on "COlorado" in the forum instead of hijacking someone else's thread?

  7. YES

BUT I THINK COLORADO IS PRETTY STRICT ABOUT THE CONDITION IN WHICH THEY PRESCRIBE FOR?

ANYONE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE THEY WOULD LIKE TO SHARE:wave:

  8. Hey i am new to this. Give me a break. However, i will take you advice.
