I just ordered (should of written this before i did that) 2x 28W Full spectrum leds for my new seedling, Is that enough light, can i use these to veg and also flower?
To keep a plant alive your gonna need atleast 150 true watts per plant for a average plant. If led lights are your wish go get a mars hydro 300. It will be sufficient for 1 decent plant.
It is probably fine for supplemental light while your seedling is in the window but otherwise, no...those won't work for grow lights. You're going to need to buy a grow light. Best to do that then fuck around with a bunch of smaller less efficient, and ultimately not effective, smaller lights.
