question about legalization

Discussion in 'Seasoned Marijuana Users' started by bandit67, May 4, 2010.

  1. this november, it the legalize marijuana bill passes, does that mean that drug testing at the workplace is done? or is there some stupid loophole that the fat cats at capital hill wi expliot?

  2. The fat cats are on Wall St...

I say it should be up to companies as to whether or not they want to test for it. If they do, then boycott!

I'm very confident the bill is just for California as well.

  3. Currently that same question is causing a slop load of trouble in Oregon. The state sees it as legitimate medicine, but the feds dont. Because the federal govnt does not recognize it as medicine, it is not permissible in the workplace.
