Question about legal stuff

    the TLDR: I’m wondering if anyone has experience with getting caught substituting per in Wisconsin, and what happened to them.

    The story:
    I live in IL where recreational weed is legal but took a drug test in Wisconsin. I was pissing dirty after two months of being sober, so I used a friends urine to substitute in a test, but the temperature range was too hot. This lead to a retesting at the ER where a male could observe me, there is pissed negative thanks to some detox drinks I took as a fallback plan. Pretty stupid, but I wanted this job real bad.

    well, I then come to find out it might be a class C misdemeanor ($500 fine and/or 30 days in jail), to fake or substitute a piss test. I simply didn’t know. Luckily, it’s Wisconsin and I couldn’t find any clear laws on the books about it.

    I’m wondering if anyone has experience with getting caught substituting per in Wisconsin, and what happened to them.

    You made two treads ?
    They said your piss was too hot, tell them to prove it and retest the temp .

    so you confessed to using a friends piss and were caught then admitted it..?

    I never admitted it. I guess it’s policy to re-test with an observer. The re-test (second test) came back clean (I didn’t know it would). Figured, I’m this far in, why not go all the way.

    What they don't know won't hurt them.

    As long as you passed and they weren't suspicious on your second test I'd think you're in the clear.
