Hey I had a quick question that I been thinking about, say you're out toking somewhere and you stank of weed etc and you see the popo's coming and you eat the joint etc and they dont see it... can you still get arrested/a citation if they know 100% you were smoking weed, and they dont find anything on you?
nope not unless u got a peice on u or even an empty bag with like alittle dust of trees u could stink like pot all u want as long as ur not acting disordoly or driving ur straight. Heres a sugestion how about you dont get put in that situation in the 1st place??
