Question about government.

  1. To adress Woofer's question: 'Consent of the governed' is a logical fail. If an individual wants to do something they don't need to be forced to do it.

It is just another attempt to justify the state. Think of other arguments used throughout history.
I'm the strongest so I should be ruler. I'm the wisest so I should be ruler. God chose me so I should be ruler.

When enough people reject the argument a new one is made. When enough people reject the idea of rulers this nonsense will end.

  2. Governments do not have the consent of the governed nor do they need it. Your teacher lied to you.
