question about getting an medical card

    yo guys i'm possibly going to move to colorado in the next few months. i've been in trouble with the law a little tho with the herb. i got a possesion charge when i was 19 and a dui. i paid off all my fines and am about to get it expunged. would this charge make it harder for me to get an medical marijuana card?

    I'm pretty sure they don't do a background check for medical cards. My friend got hers in 30 minutes, no questions asked. You should be fine
