if i just vegged a plant until it was like a foot and half tall then switched would it still work.. i just want a quick grow that will yeild like 14-28gs
dude turn the light. At a foot tall most plants will yield between 2-3 oz if your doing everything right. I usually top at my 4th leaf set and veg to 12" and i get 4oz beauties usually. As long as you havent seriously messed something up you should get atleast 28 grams.
should work. obviously lights, nutrients etc will affect the final yield but half oz to an oz is very well within the range expected from a plant that was switched over to 12/12 and heavier P and K load when it was a foot and a half tall. you still have at least a couple of months to go until you're done but you're on your way! any idea of what kind of strain? sativas will obviously yield less usually, but maybe if you tell us strain, lights, nutes, medium, etc we could tell you more what to expect.
