i never realy grew a plant all the way only full veg. my question is can i use flouresence from start to end even through flowering?

Not done yet but she is a beauty an growing great. I also have 7 other plants under there with her. The way you do it is put all veg bulbs in during veg and then when you go to flower you switch HALF the bulbs out with the flower bulbs. So it's half veg and half flower.
