I'm new to the Eugene Oregon area and have questions about the best way to find a new source. I found the site webehigh.com that had some really good information about places to go, prices, etc. The thing is, wondering around down town talking to people just hanging out is a bit out of character for me. Any suggestions here? If I do just head down to the places mentioned at that site, or similar, what's the best best way to approach someone. Don't want to look like a total Noob/idiot. Thanks KOS

If someone could answer this question that'd be great. XD I just moved somewhere also and would like to know the best way! I mean I already found a bag. I pretty much went up to someone at the skate park and just asked, but that's too risky for me to want to do again. So...!
