Question about Detox Drink!?

    Hey I have a piss test tomorrow and I'm getting this detox drink that my friend all have used and made them passed. Now I know the directions will tell me once I get it, but Im curious now so I know when I have to wake up and what not. The store opens at 10am drug test at around 2pm maybe 3, now what is the usual process, drink it then just wait till you have to piss or what!?

    Also after I drink it my system will be all clean again right now I'm I going to get higher now when I smoke like I use to 3 years ago.
