Hey guys. So I come to ask. What is a way I can get fat thick dense buds? This is my like 8th grow and I do well but my buds always seem to be light and airy. I use fox farm ocean forest and mute family. I have a 400 Watt hps/mh with 3 plants under it. Any help I would appreciate. I also read recently that there is a way to chop your buds off at harvest and they regrow? Is this true and I usually just chop my entire plant at harvest. Thanks guys Toby Mac
I find you have to get the lights close for dense buds, I can only get my lights closer in winter and thats when I get solid buds. When its hot and I haveto move the lights higher up then the buds get airy. You can leave some bud and leaf on a chopped plant and it will reveg if you need to. You can then take clones from the revegged plant if you need to keep the strain going but its best to just take clones in the first place. You can only reveg a plant a couple of times, after that it can be hassle.
a good boost formula should work i use canna-boost accelerator and pk12/13 from about 2 weeks into 12/12 the buds fatten up and get very dense
