Hello gc. I got charged with dui and hit and run a few months ago. I went to my first hearing where they told me to abstain from marijuana and alcohol. I have had 2 more hearings after this and was never tested. I have my final hearing deciding my sentencing in 2 weeks. Can they drug test me in court? Do I only get tested once I'm officially on probation? Also Is there anyway I can get unsupervised probation, so I don't get drug tested for a whole year? What's the chance of this happening. This is my first offence. Thank you for helping me out. I appreciate it.
