Question about cleaning this bowl ... -.-

    Sorry if this is in the wrong section..


    Alright, so I bought this bowl and its only about 6 inches long, but the bowl itself is pretty big, and deep. The nice part about this bowl, it doesn't shit on me, it always just drops into the bottom of the bowl. I've ran outta bud for the first time in honestly 7 months and im like":eek:" Soo I need to know THEEEE best way to get all the rez from that deep pocket under the bowl. I've scraped the bowl alot, went through the choke, and through the mouth piece, but i just can't seem to get the rez out of where the stem of the bowl, and the bowl meet. is there any way i can do it efficiently.. would reaaalllyyyy appreciate any unique ideas =)

    boil it in water, put that water through a strainer?

    This, but use a coffee filter not strainer and then scrape the res off the coffee filter with a knife.

    >_<. To be honest I've never boiled a bowl and smoked the rez, I've been smoking for like 7 years, didn't even know you could after you boil it haha. but thanks i'll definitely be doing that. Maybe i'll post a pic later of the rez. Just from scraping the bowl with a knife i got like a nickle size ball haha

    Go get some Simple Green from your local grocery store. It's a toilet cleaner, but if you soak your piece in there overnight it will literally brand new clean.

    Uhhhhh resin leads to nothing but disappointment and a headaches. I can understand being desperate to get high, hell I've sifted through ashes to find bits and pieces to get high.

    But to each his own.

    Hey trust me I let mine go down the sink. But OP asked how to collect. Other dude told him how to clean it with chemicals.

    I've made resin hash before. Soak and shake the piece in iso(higher percent the better) for like a minute. The iso is gonna look fuckin gross. Take this iso and strain it through a coffee filter. Then put it on a large plate or cake baking pyrex whatever the fuck its called. Let that sit out til all the liquid evaporates. Scrape the brown stuff off and roll it into a ball. You probably won't get much from the piece. But its cleaner then resin since you strained the plant matter. Got me super baked too, no headahe.

    Ohh, forgot, to make it evaporate faster, you can put the dish over the stove. It'll evaporate within like 20 minutes.

    Simple green is chemicals.

    Anyway OP honestly just take a t break, resin isn't worth smoking. It leads to a headache and disappointment.

    i get rez out of my bowl with rubbing alcohol. best way to do it.

    heat up rubbing alcohol, vigourously swish it through bowl, dump on plate, light on fire... whalla... resin caked up on plate for you to scrape and smoke...... i usually throw it in my lightbulb vape.
