most likely all time. maybe even closer. but it's better to have some fans to prevent anything that could go wrong tho.
The whole time 2" is kinda far, but good for babies and low risk of heat stress. Adults can tolerate higher temps, I kept my bulbs 'nearly touching' the plant (1/8" away).
