Hey, just got my ballast in today and was excited until I tried to plug it in. I ran into a slight problem... As you can see, the left slot on the female is lower and square. Why is this? Bought the cool tube from a local hydro store which he said was for a 400W hps light. The ballast was ordered online; a lumatek 400W / 120V. Is there a connector piece I need to get or will I have to return one or the other. Thanks for the help.
By the way, to answer my question if anyone else has this problem, all you need to do is buy a connector piece. Apparently it is just two different companies. I went to my local grow store to find one for 10 bucks. Peace.
