  1. hey iv recently discovered that their are some fire ants living in the ground under some of my plants i was wondering if they will hurt my plants and if so whats the most effective way to get rid of them?

  2. Not sure about fire ants but I had some ants make colony's in a few of my containers last year and no ill effects happened...just pay attention to your plants cause the ants will move aphids to your plants so they can collect the honey dew that the aphids produce from sucking on your leaves. Try placing ant poison around your plant if you want...they think its food so it gets brought to the queen, she eats it and dies and the ants leave...
