It seems as though I support Anonymous at least somewhat, but I have a question. All I ever hear about them doing, or planning, is shutting down websites. I mean, that's kinda cool and all, and is something, but...shutting down a website for a day or so here and there isn't really that big of a deal, in terms of making a real impact. Do they have other tricks up their sleeves? I'm kinda excited about Anonymous, but I hope they do more than the occasional website shutdown.
Anonymous isn't just a hacker collective and they don't just shut down websites for a couple hours. Look into offshoots of Anonymous like AnonOps if you want to get involved with their activism.
