Am I able to start a group buy thread in the seed bank section for San Diego residents so I can purchase Dj short strains ($100+ a 10pk) and split the costs and items. I would like to set it up for prop. 215 medical patients to add quasi-legality. Thanks in advance and if its something you don't want I will respect it, I just feel this site is a better arena than sketchy craigslist.
