Question about a place??????????

Ok so has anyone ever heard of International Oddities? It's a place that is said to sell bud. they got like 30 diff kinds but the prices for a oz is 45 bucks now tell me somthing is this place selling natural herbs as in the joints sold here on grasscity? it says they are completely legal so i was just curios if its a scam or what?
