This question came to me today. Say you have a 1 hitter and want to go for a stroll around town hitting it. Do you pack a bowl and then begin walking, and then pack another bowl in the middle of the street when the first one's dust? Because to me 1 hitters don't pack a very long lasting bowl. You might as well just smoke the whole .2 bowl at once and then go on your walk.

No one even notices lol packing them only takes a few seconds. Unless you're holding it over your head shouting "What I'm doing is illegal!" You should be fine just packing it as your walking down the street.
