well, a while ago me and my friend got caught jacking some stuff from this one place, were put under arrest, but since i barely took anything they let me go easy, and gave him probation for like 6 months. anyways, his probation officer told him that she won't give him any drug tests unless she gets suspicious of him doing anything, for example catching him with clear eyes, lighter, pipe, anything like that. i was going to ask, as long as his PO isn't suspicious, could she still give him a random drug test for the fuck of it? wondering because hes been on it for like a month + and been smoking daily...so he needs to know if he should take a couple niacin pills before his next meeting. thanks
Wouldn't it be easier for your friend to consider probation as a manditory tolerance break? 6 months is nothing... certainly better than juvy/jail...
She can give you a drug test for reading the bible.... She can give you a drug test for anything, anytime she wants.
Yeh man, I wouldn't trust her. For all you know, she could be lying... I would however, Take it as a sign and take 6 months off. It isn't that bad, And think about your first smoke back. 6 months flies pretty quick.
