Quantity vs Quality

Quality for me jus cuz its worth it.depends on whats a better value tho

 

Quality > quanity.

My only exception to that rule is if I'm gettin an eighth of chronic for $50 or a quarter of good mids for $50.

 

I'd rather get a dub of piff fOr 20 than an 8th of regs for 20.

 

It really depends on the person and there financial situation. I used to smoke 1 1/2oz a month of hi grade. For most people, that's a lot of money. I'm lucky to have a fam member who's well connected in the growing community, so I pay roughly between $200-275 for grade A-AA+. The better, the higher toward $275 it gets. But most of my friends pays $300 or more. It's simple decision when your an adult, with a mortgage, and car payments. I now smoke mids (from my Rasta uncle), an oz($80), and then I get a half oz of hi grade ($125). I save money, and I live luxurious (with in my needs). Plus I smoke as much as I want.

 

For my own smoking, nothing but the best. But, when there are other people involved and none of them have anything to contribute (a la Scumbag Steve), then I keep some "lesser dank" around. It's actually all top-shelf dispensary weed that I bought up when I first got my recommendation for MMJ. I was buying 2 grams of every top shelf strain from just about every north-end access point. Before I knew it, I had about a quarter pound of nothing but premium buds....


....but then I found a place that had strains of marijuana that were multiple times better than whatever I had been getting. So, I jarred up the other stuff in a Mason jar. Now, like I say, the only time that jar gets opened is when the "occasional" smokers (who never buy anything) are around.

I was getting ozs directly from a grower for awhile -a friend- and I was only paying $200 for a zip....but even then, the weed is only as good as the genetics and how it's grown and cured....and he wasn't a perfectionist about it. The grower for the access point I use now IS a perfectionist. And the price is high. But if I never smoke anything else for the rest of my life, then the Pineapple strain from PSHA will be just fine with me.

 

Quality of course. why would i buy a lot of something thats gonna give me a headache

 

The day you go to Jamaica, Colombia or holland, you will understand the outdoor (naturally) grown mids are as strong as a b+/a- hi grade. Mids is even a longer high, just a bit less intense. And that's why I choose to mix. I get home from work and pack the good stuff. And later through out the day, I mix till its my night time joint, and that's pure mids. Helps me fall asleep faster.

 

I just can't stand smoking **** weed, even if it gets me somewhat high the taste and unpleasant smoke just ruins it and makes me want to stop.

 

If were talking kush vs regs, then it's definately kush all day. But I'll be honest I'd rather get a fatass sack of B grade kush then getting what I pay for of dank.

Have you tried outdoor from cali?definitely the best outdoor ive ever smoked.the real good outdoor stacks up to topshelf pretty close imo.however strain and location factor in greatly.i wanna try some of that outdoor you mentioned.i wonder how it differs from place to place.the shit that I got could go for 2o-25 a g in non medical states

I went to Colombia and there hi grade wasn't comparably to ours but the mids were way better. In jamaica, (all the Caribbean really) they have very rich soil and enough rain to let grow naturally. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure some use nutes etc but the majority I assume was natural. Jamaican outdoor hi grade is unimaginably good (I'm no rookie smoker either). I've never been to Cali, although its on my travel list for the US. I've had plenty of Cali strains though, can't stop all the traffickers lol.

But either way, any of those chicks can get you burnt, right?? So it is the same principle. Why spend $300+ when I already have some good pieces. I also have a hookah from Morocco. I'm good, I just wanted some unbiased opinions. Thanks every one.

 

it's not the same principle though. Lower quality product will give you a lower quality high; sure you can get more for cheaper, and get "higher" than you would with really high grade stuff, you still won't feel anywhere near as good being blitzed on the shitty stuff as you would from a less intense high on the danks

I hear u bro, but I have a career, a mortgage and a family lol and thats first. Believe me my brotha, the day you travel out to jamaica and smoke the outdoor bud, you will understand. We both know that higher thc levels mean a higher high level lol but when you mix a strong mids (not to brag, but I get some good home grown local mids from my rasta friends) and a strong hi grade etc the mixed high is euphoric, and sorry but we also both know that not all hi grades give a euphoria. ;-)

 

Jamaican outdoor bud isn't relevant to me or like 99% of the people on this forum haha I can't figure out what point you're trying to make by bringing that up

also no, we both don't know that lol; a general characteristic of a thc high in general is euphoria; any bud with even a little thc in it can give you that, no such thing as a strain of bud that doesn't give a euphoria man.

I'd maybe buy mids on occasion if I could find any, but around here you get the choice of either shitty brick-weed reg, or high grade danks. Mids used to be floating around but now you never see it. Still my preference is a good smelling, good tasting, clean high giving high grade strain. It's never been a strain (LOL SEE WHAT I DID THERE) on my wallet, but everyone gets different prices and makes different money, whatever works for ya!

Your obviously an articulate person;-) the point is I don't smoke regular mids;-) its not even the same strain, think of it as a B+ crip. The strain is always the same, just some batches come out stronger n weaker. I'm just trying to express the fact that there's good batches of all grades;-)
Not necessarily, not all bud gives euphoria. So regs are euphoric? Lol chronic is, but train wreck isn't, ya feel me? They are both hi grade, but both have different effects.

And it's not that I can't afford it, it's that the stage in life in at now, it doesn't make sense for me to smoke $300 a month away. That's a car payment my man. I never said I had to buy all my weed;-)
