2. my dad has that jeff and so does my bestfriend....my dad never got medical marijuna but he smoked bud n e ways....but i dunn

3. O.K. Thanks

4. no panic attacks they\'ll just give u meds. they wuld probaly think weed would worsn it i suppose

5. Hey Jeff, I suffer from OS as well (left knee). I guess it would depend on your doctor. It\'s not a constant problem, but when you do hit or strain your knee, it is quite painful for a couple of days. My doc perscribed me vicodin to take as needed for the pain, so you might be able to persuade your doctor to give you a script for mary-jane.

My uncle was a firefighter (paramedic now) and blew out his knee (wild fires), and he managed to get his doctor to give him a card. I think it will depend mostly on your doctor\'s opinion of marijuna as a medical treatment for pain. Let me know how it goes...

6. Im wondering....how does your uncle get past drug testing as a paramedic?...When I was a nurse man we got hammered like every six to eight weeks with random testing....hey by the way ....what part of Kingman do you live?....Im downtown off beale...

7. haha my friends sister has that and shes like 9.. that would be funny if she smoked

8. They test him, he comes up positive for THC, and there\'s nothing they can do about it. They can\'t reprimand him for using a prescription drug. Of course he lives in California too, they are a lot more accepting of medical marijuana in Cali.

I live up-town in the New Kingman/Butler area, the other side of Northern.

9. here is the qualifications for medical marijuna

Advocates say residents with cancer, AIDS, chronic pain, anorexia, glaucoma, migraine headaches and other severe illnesses need more than 10 indoor plants to cultivate marijuana for medical treatment.

10. Thanks everyone.

11. Man thats some kind of wierd disses u got going for ur self. I recomend stop smokeing and send all that shit to me (-=

12. Yeah. No Problem.

13. yes in california you can get medical marijuana for the diease you have. To clear something up, someone said you need to have aids or cancer or a sever diease to get medical marijuana. In some states that might be true but in california its not, i got my medical card for ADD....defintally not a serious diease.

For the guy that has a paramedic in the family, are you sure he doesnt just take stuff to pass drug tests ? Because 1. Medical marijuana is not prescribed in any state in america, it is recomended. A prescription and a recomendation are completly different 2. There is no such thing as medical marijuana under federal law, so you can still be fired for using medical marijuana in a states that allow it, since companies pay federal taxes they have the right to fire someone for using drugs that are illegal under federal law. The recent supreme court ruling made this more clear.

Maybe they are different where he works but my brother was a paramedic and they wouldve punished him if he had gotten caught using marijauan even if he was doing it legally under state law. Ive seen on many occasions where someone fills out medical paperwork and say they use medical marijuana and then the hospital wont give them the strong pain medications that they really need because they think they are just a drug addict trying to get drugs.

14. oh yeah...also if you are worried about your doctor saying no (beleive it or not most doctors wont recommend marijuana because they dont fully understand the laws and arent experts on marijuana) then go to one of the many clinics in california that specifically specilize in medical marijuana recomendations. They only see paitents who are attempting to get a medical marijuana recomendation, this way you dont have to worry about what your doctors personal opionon on marijuana is.
