Which would be better as far as quality buds / yield? Right now I'm leaning toward CMH since it's a little cheaper but with LED, would require less stuff... I can get an air cool hood but dont have yet... CMH is awesome, most people dont want to accept them because they're "new" and people are too busy repeating what others have said rather than come to their own conclusion. Have a look at the manufacturers wavelenght output graphs of CMH bulbs, I think you will be impressed.
The LED light doesn't list its spectrums, or even talk about them. Kinda sounds sketch to me. You really need to see results, and R&D from an LED Grow light company!
