I would really appreciate help with some general height and driver strength (dimmable) questions. Not sure what heights they reccomend hanging the light for all stages of the grow and just confused myself with ppf and ppfd information... any info would help! Thank you!!!! If you have a lux meter you can get an idea how strong your light is at different settings but it really comes down to what your plants can stand so start with the fixture up high and the ballast turned down. I just stressed/burned some of my babies getting use to a new light. Go slow QB light is very intense
