Q: Probation and OMMP

    So I ran into some stupid legal trouble with an assault 4 and harassment 2 charge and I have court tomorrow and the 14th. So I just got my card and if I receive probation and they drug test me, can I go to jail? Possibly lose my OMMP and can I even use my medicine while on probation?. I am also going to be getting anger management classes for sure which is dumb but whatever. Any quick answers would be much appreciated. Thanks

    If i was you i would ask that question wherever you got your card at.

    I don't think it matters much, from what I heard weed can stay on your system for weeks.
    But I'm not 100% sure.

    they will understand due to the fact that you have your card. As far as smoking goes while on probation it's not going to happen. it used to be that if you had your card before you were arrested you could still use but not anymore.

    If they charged you and let you go, you're not going to jail.

    so thanks for all of your answers. Fortunately I got a year of bench probation depending on how I do in 6 months the judge said she would clear my charge of harassmemt and my assault 4 got thrown off.
